The art department is a vibrant and inspiring hub, where the boys are encouraged to unleash their creativity. Our staff are passionate about their subject and enjoy teaching the boys new artistic techniques and regularly exposing them to working with different mediums. Our outstanding facilities include three potter wheels and ceramics kiln, a pewter casting facility, a 3D printer and a laser cutter. The ICT suite is used to complement the art and design projects to add technology to their creative pieces of art.

The art, design and ceramics clubs are often oversubscribed and the art extension classes help the boys develop their individual portfolios in preparation for potential Senior School scholarships. Visiting artists are invited to work with the boys in a series of inspiring workshops and visits to galleries in London add a richness to the art provision.
